He has worked with international organizations, NGOs, and government institutions to design and implement evidence-based solutions for social development.
Chinedu holds an MSc in Impact Evaluation for Global Development (University of East Anglia) and a MSc. Research and Public Policy (University of Lagos). His expertise spans statistical analysis, dashboard development, M&E systems, and stakeholder engagement.

Mohammad Qardan is a dynamic MEL specialist with an MSc in Impact Evaluation for Global Development from the University of East Anglia. With over a decade of experience in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, he excels at designing evidence-based MEL frameworks and leading complex, donor-compliant evaluations. His expertise spans mixed methods research, impact evaluation, and capacity building, with a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making in humanitarian and development contexts. Skilled in leveraging advanced analytical tools like STATA, SPSS, and Nvivo, Mohammad translates data insights into practical strategies that enhance program effectiveness. He is also a skilled facilitator, guiding collaborative learning and reflection processes to support adaptive management and continuous improvement. Fluent in English and Arabic, Mohammad combines technical proficiency with strategic thinking to institutionalize MEL practices and foster sustainable outcomes.

A medical doctor with a Master’s in Public Health, he has led donor-funded projects for organizations such as USAID, BMGF, and LSACA, working closely with governments, NGOs, and CBOs.
He is a certified Family Planning and Hormonal IUD Master Trainer supporting scale-up across Anglophone Africa. His expertise spans M&E, program planning, disease surveillance, and public health financing. Dr. Nwokoma brings strategic leadership and a strong commitment to advancing community health outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
Yohane Sato is a monitoring and evaluation specialist with expertise in finance, education, and statistical causal inference. He holds an MSc in Impact Evaluation for Global Development with Distinction from the University of East Anglia. Proficient in methods such as Difference-in-Differences (DID) and Interrupted Time Series Analysis (ITSA), he leverages STATA to deliver robust, evidence-based, and context-sensitive M&E systems.
He previously interned as a researcher at UNDP, contributing to studies on community-rooted financial practices, including Islamic finance. Currently, he is conducting research on Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (RoSCA) and Tokkatsu, a unique aspect of the Japanese education system, in Egypt.
